Pastor Jeff has spearheaded the ministries of White Horse Christian Center through many seasons, difficult situations, building projects, and spiritual climates. Many questions concerning leadership situations are addressed. Through current research you will learn the state of leadership in the world and in the church. Also included in this course is a teaching by Linda Wesbrook, Pastor Jeff’s Administrative Assistant, who covers important topics from her role as facilitator. Some topics covered are pastor’s calendar, organization, wise communication, record keeping, contracts, and scheduling. This class is a tremendous resource for both pastors and administrators.
